JG Gastro furniture are painted in powder-coating system. The paint is applied in the form of a dry powder to the surface and then cured at high temperature. The result is a smooth, uniform, and exceptionally hard coating with high resistance to scratches, impacts, and other mechanical damage.
Sturdiness and durability, unattainable in standard furniture, are the result of permanently joining furniture components using welding rather than bolting. This solution ensures maximum structural stability, safe operation, and exceptionally long furniture life.
For fronts and countertops, we use veneered elements instead of synthetic laminates. Natural wood veneer, with its clearly visible grain and texture, gives the furniture a refined character. The fronts are constructed of waterproof plywood, which ensures high structural stability. Unlike wood-based materials with lower moisture resistance, it does not swell or warp, ensuring the veneer retains its aesthetic appeal and durability for years.
