Anna used to run a canteen at school. So far, she had worked with typical modular kitchens.
During discussions about a new investment – a staff canteen at Karcher – she was shown the monoblocs. At first, she was sceptical – she was afraid of the novelty. With time, however, rational arguments and getting to know the equipment better allowed her to make a conscious decision.
Today she works on Retort Modern and would not change it for any other kitchen.
