Robert and Wojtek used to run their own establishment in an industrial part of Cracow. It was very successful. However, they gave up their own business to take up the challenge of running a large restaurant in the centre of Cracow’s Kazimierz. The restaurant was working very well, so they decided to expand it to another floor. The initial project, which they received from a provider from Warsaw, was a typically designed kitchen with modular appliances and typical furniture. After a longer conversation, presenting arguments for and against, the whole project was redesigned. The kitchen was arranged on brick plinths for easy cleaning, all the worktops were made in large pieces, refrigerated tables were built in to form a whole. The island itself features top quality gas burners, a plancha induction hob, an oven, a refrigerated table and an ultra-fast salamander. The nicest kitchen in Kazimierz is already operating.
