Let us present the project we have been working on for almost a year.
We are talking about the Retorta monoblock – but not just any monoblock, as its dimensions and equipment are impressive.
It was installed in Krakow. In the Plac Nowy 1 restaurant, after the cooks had already worked on a similar device delivered by us to another kitchen several years before.
An island measuring 4.5×1.7 metres with built-in gas appliances, a solid top with a custom-made cast iron plate, a built-in stool, sockets specially imported from Switzerland and a number of other details to make work easier.
While constructing the device we did not forget about the look of the island and certainly the best restaurants in the world would be proud of such equipment.
