Mieszko’s family has been in the catering business in Krakow for years and has managed several highly regarded restaurants. Our visit to the restaurant on Miodowa Street was prompted by the desire to replace the 6-burner oven with a new one. And by no means was it to be an island. After a longer conversation and presenting the characteristics of monoblocks, Mieszko decided not only to invest in Retorta, but also to replace all the furniture in the kitchen, including the hood. We did it our way. On plinths, with screwed worktops, arranged in one neat sequence. Today the kitchen can work more comfortably and efficiently.
